Steve Calitri
Steve Calitri founded the American Towman Exposition and Towman Medal in 1989. He later designed the Towman Monument and was the architect of the industry’s historic Spirit Ride. He is the creator of all AT’s special events, from the Towman Order Ceremony to the March of the Heroes on Festival Night, and is the driving force behind AT’s Academy and training programs. Calitri believes there must be purpose and meaning behind any event that American Towman produces and promotes, and the same goes for a tow company with its own image-building and its outreach programs, such as with police, fire departments and the motoring public.
